    This year we have linked up with the Scottish Screenwriters Group to include a highly recommended screenplay competition with prestigious and qualified judges from the Scottish Screenwriters Group.

    The winner of the Leith Short Film Festival Screenplay competition as judged by the Scottish Screenwriters Group have been selected.

    The Best Short Screenplay:

    DANNY'S TOYS

    DAVID BISHOP


    The winning screenplay will be broadcast on Leith FM, adapted for radio and performed by a professional cast.



    The Best Feature Screenplay:

    SHE MOVED THROUGH THE FAIR

    Submission Fees:

    £5 for a short screenplay (up to 15 pages)

    £10 for a feature length script.
